About the Role:

Krish Services Group is hiring for a strategic Growth Executive role aimed at building a strong pipeline of future growth leaders.

This is a full-time opportunity for fresh graduates, where selected candidates will undergo an initial structured training period of 3 months. Post successful completion of training, candidates will be evaluated based on performance and transitioned into full-time roles with revised compensation.

This is not a generic fresher role — it is a high-impact position contributing directly to the organization’s growth engine.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresh graduates (any discipline)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in business development / growth roles
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Structure:

  • Training Period: 3 months
  • Post training: Full-time conversion based on performance
  • Compensation revision applicable after successful conversion

Bangalore (Work from Office)

Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Krish’s business model, services, and growth strategy
  • Support execution of growth initiatives across service lines
  • Engage with prospective customers and assist in solution positioning
  • Contribute to lead generation and qualification activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Maintain and update CRM tools for pipeline tracking
