Job Description

The M365 Presales & Delivery Lead at Krish Services Group Inc, based in Bangalore, India, will be responsible for leading the Modern Workplace team that includes SharePoint migrations
driving successful project outcomes.

This hybrid role requires three days of work from the office each week, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The position involves handling pre-sales activities, such as client presentations and solution architecture, as well as managing end-to-end project delivery for SharePoint migration initiatives.

The Lead will report directly to the Cloud Solutions Practice Lead, ensuring alignment of business objectives, resource planning, and technical excellence. Effective leadership and communication skills are essential, as the role demands mentorship, cross-team coordination, and a focus on continuous improvement within the SharePoint migration practices.

Roles & Responsibility

1. Presales & Solution Architecture

  • Actively participate in pre-sales and technical sales activities, including leading
    discovery workshops, delivering product demonstrations, and presenting tailored
    solutions to prospective clients.
  • Engage closely with sales teams and client stakeholders to thoroughly understand
    their business challenges and objectives, translating these requirements into scalable
    solutions based on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
  • Define the overall solution architecture, recommending suitable Microsoft
    technologies such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Fabric, Power BI, and
    other Microsoft 365 services in line with client needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and detailed
    solution documentation to support sales efforts and delivery planning.
  • Develop accurate effort estimates, delivery timelines, and resource allocation plans,
    working collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with
    client expectations.
  • Identify and document risks, dependencies, and assumptions during the solution
    design phase to ensure successful project outcomes.

2. Technical Leadership & Architecture Governance

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams working on
    Microsoft 365 and Power Platform projects.
  • Establish and promote development standards, architecture guidelines, and best
    practices to ensure consistency and quality across solutions.
  • Review technical designs and verify that all solutions are aligned with enterprise
    architecture principles.
  • Lead collaboration between architects, developers, and delivery teams to drive
    successful project execution.

3. Delivery Oversight & Coordination with Offshore Teams

  • Work closely with global delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of projects
    and alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide architectural oversight throughout the development and implementation
    phases, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
  • Communicate project scope, technical design, and delivery expectations clearly to
    offshore teams to facilitate smooth collaboration.
  • Participate in key project activities such as sprint planning, architecture reviews, and
    delivery checkpoints to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Oversight responsibilities include:
    • Project planning & kickoff
    • Weekly delivery monitoring
    • Client communication
    • Risk management

4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft 365 and
    Power Platform, as well as industry’s best practices.
  • Recommend and implement improvements and new capabilities to enhance client solutions and deliver greater business value.
  • Evaluate third-party integrations and tools to extend the capabilities of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions as appropriate.
