Job Overview

Krish Services Group is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 5–8 years of experience to facilitate Agile delivery across multiple teams and ensure successful execution of software development projects. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent.
    • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
    • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
    • Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery risks.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, GitHub, or similar tools.
    • Excellent planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple Agile teams.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
    • Experience with release planning and Agile delivery metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure Cloud or Microsoft technologies.
    • Knowledge of SAFe or Lean Agile frameworks.
    • Experience in Agile transformation initiatives.
    • PMP or Agile certifications are an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation
    • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
    • Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
    • Remove impediments impacting sprint delivery.
    • Monitor sprint progress and delivery risks.
    • Foster self-organizing, high-performing teams.

    2. Release & Delivery Coordination
    • Coordinate sprint releases with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
    • Maintain release plans and deployment schedules.
    • Track release readiness and deployment activities.
    • Ensure deployment risks and rollback plans are addressed.
    • Support post-release reviews and continuous improvement.

    3. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work with Product Owners to manage product backlogs.
    • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
    • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and project milestones.
    • Prepare sprint reports and Agile metrics.

 

  1. Continuous Improvement
    • Drive Agile maturity through coaching.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
    • Promote Agile best practices across teams.
    • Measure delivery performance using Agile metrics.
