Twenty years ago, I was the person staying late to make sure the system held. Not because anyone asked. Because I needed to know it worked before I went home.

That instinct, stay until it’s done, not until the meeting ends, is the only thing I’d trace everything back to.

The career that followed looks clean on paper: architect at Symphony Teleca for eight years, then a phone call that changed everything. Someone building a delivery team in India from nothing, asking if I’d run it. Fifteen people. No clients. No guarantee.

I said yes. We figured it out.

What grew from that, 80+ engineers, enterprise clients across two continents, a Microsoft Gold Partner practice built on nothing but delivery standards we refused to lower, wasn’t a plan. It was a consequence of one decision made consistently: fix it properly, then stay to make sure it stays fixed.

That’s still the only idea behind everything we do at Krish. And it’s the only thing I bring to the conversations I take on independently for leaders trying to figure out the right direction before they commit to anything.
